How long does it take to learn and calibrate the weather clock for the first use?

1) Calibration typically takes 7–10 days.

2) If moving the sensor between environments (e.g., bringing it indoors from outside in winter), it may require a few hours of recalibration.

Why does the black screen just display “RCC” blinking?

It means the weather station is searching for the atomic clock signal, which takes about 7 minutes. To skip this process, simply press the “℃/℉/-” button.

Why does the clock show an error time automatically?

The weather clock defaults to PST (Pacific Standard Time) with DST (Daylight Saving Time) OFF. During the first-time setup, do not forget to configure your local time zone and DST settings. This will prevent errors in atomic clock synchronization.

Why doesn’t the weather station keep light after being powered?

1) The ultra-clear screen needs enough power. Using the included adapter as main power and non-included batteries for backup is better. Press the fourth key to adjust brightness.

2) On battery, press any button to light for 8s.

Is this sensor waterproof?

No, our sensor is not fully waterproof because it would affect accuracy. To balance durability and precision, we incorporated a self-draining design paired with an IPX4 rating. Install it vertically in a sheltered place for better results.
